2. Scope

By visiting our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

3. Products & information

We present product information as accurately as possible. Minor deviations in color, finish, packaging, or specifications may occur and do not constitute a defect.

4. Prices & payment

  • All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown during checkout.
  • Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
  • If a payment is reversed, charged back, or fails after order confirmation, we may suspend delivery and/or recover costs.

5. Orders & acceptance

  • An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of fraud suspicion, abuse, pricing errors, stock issues, or other reasonable grounds.
  • If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the paid amount.

6. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, strikes, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the provided address (or upon first delivery attempt).
  • You are responsible for providing a correct address. Additional shipping costs due to incorrect addresses are your responsibility.
  • If tracking confirms delivery but you report non-receipt, you agree we may start a carrier investigation before any resolution.

7. Returns & refunds

Return rights and refund rules are described in our Refund Policy and/or Service page. In case of conflict, the Refund Policy applies.

  • Returned items must be unused and in original condition unless otherwise required by law.
  • We may refuse returns that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing components/packaging.
  • Refunds are processed after inspection and will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Warranty & defects

You must inspect products promptly after delivery. If a product is defective upon arrival, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with clear photos and order details.

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, and accidental damage are not covered.
  • If a defect is confirmed, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on availability and legal requirements.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalletStreet is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order or product, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.

10. Misuse, fraud & abuse

  • We may block accounts, refuse orders, or suspend support when we reasonably suspect fraud, repeated abusive returns, chargeback abuse, or harassment.
  • We may share necessary information with payment providers, carriers, and authorities when required for investigations or dispute handling.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, design, logos) is owned by WalletStreet or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
